The Reinsurance Association of America (RAA) and International Underwriting Association (IUA) will again host Catastrophe Modelling from a European Perspective in London, from 17-18 June 2008, following the success of their first catastrophe modeling conference in June 2007.
The programme will include:

• The use of cat models
• How cat models assimilate scientific evidence of climate change
• Political risk modelling
• Global earthquake modelling
• EU loss index
• The need for data standards
• Unmodelled natural hazard perils
