Fergus Dolan is the business development director for Marsh in the South West of England and South Wales
Fergus Dolan from Marsh has been awarded a fellowship of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM).
Based in Marsh’s Bristol office, Dolan is the business development director for Marsh in the South West of England and South Wales. He is also chairman of the IRM in the region and leads the Institute’s special interest group on central government.
Dolan has worked at Marsh since 1992 in a variety of business development roles. And before joining Marsh, he was an insurance and risk manager for a construction firm in the north of England.
Commenting on Dolan’s fellowship, Gareth Waite, head of Marsh’s Bristol office, said: “Fergus is a consummate professional and his expertise is highly valued by both clients and colleagues alike. I applaud his passion for his chosen profession and the dedication that he has shown to promoting risk management across the years. He is a fine example to the next generation of risk professionals.”
