Law firm Halliwells has launched what it claims is the UK's first legal risk management product to identify the legal and regulatory risks faced by non-executive directors (NEDs) in the finance sectors.
The first stage of Halliwells' Non-Executive Protect is a risk review. Following completion of a questionnaire, specialist lawyers conduct a review of a new or existing NED's role and responsibilities and identify areas of legal and regulatory risk.
