A fifth of employees in the UK would blow the whistle on malpractice if they could do so without fear of repercussions, according to a new survey. This also revealed that 28% of workers would report racism, sexism, harassment or bullying if they had the opportunity, although less than a quarter said they would communicate with the managing director.
