Corporate governance research

The UK Birmingham Business School has established The Centre for Corporate Governance Research, focusing on the relationship between boards of directors, shareholders and other stakeholders, and the effects on corporate strategy and performance. Research in this area is of interest to wide audience including directors, corporate and individual investors ana policy makers.

The Centre aims to disseminate its research as widely as possible throug publications and presentations.
