‘To enhance our existing strong team we have acquired the UK’s best complex independent risk engineering team,’ says RSA’s Paul Greensmith
RSA announced at the Ferma Forum today that it has acquired the specialist risk engineering team from Elciem to complement its existing in-house resource.
Elciem is the leading independent risk engineering consultancy providing risk engineering services and solutions to businesses worldwide and expertise in the manufacturing and assembly, communication and technology, chemical and energy, services, as well as warehousing and logistics sectors.
Elciem’s senior global consultants and its current director Jonathan Salter will join RSA’s global consulting team, with Salter becoming director of global consulting with immediate effect.
The newly expanded team will provide RSA’s large global and multinational commercial customers with a strong and cost-effective risk management service.
Key areas the team will cover include:
- risk management survey programmes;
- business Continuity Management and supply chain analysis;
- business Impact Analysis;
- thermography inspections; and
- casualty claims defensibility.
