Kiaran McDonald, general manager of The Savoy
Kiaran McDonald, general manager of The Savoy said: ‘When we closed our doors we set an ambitious target for ourselves: to reduce our energy consumption by up to 40%, and become the most environmentally responsible luxury hotel in London.’
Chief operating officer at Evolve Energy, Tim Schneider, said: "[The Savoy’s] decision to adopt this strategy reinforces our view that it is not just new buildings that can be green.’
