A compliance project in the Italian banking sector will be presented.
The free event takes place on Tuesday, December 8, 2009, at Holborn Bars, London.
The compliance project was initiated in response to the Italian Saving Law (262/05 Law) by one of Europe’s major financial institutions.
The presentation will show how a process-based approach was applied throughout the Group to gain compliance with the “Italian SOX” rule.
The project managers intend to show how regulatory compliance strengthened their overall business and brought a new perspective to risk and controls.
