Employees behaving badly, controlling M&A costs, information security and financial crime, the fatal accident and how to persuade the CEO that risk management does make a difference. All these are among the workshops planned for the annual AIRMIC conference taking place in Manchester from 14-16 June under the theme influencing outcomes.
The keynote speakers are whistleblower Paul Moore, former head of group regulatory risk for the bank HBOS and security consultant John Hudspith who will describe risk assessment in really tricky situations.
AIRMIC has cleverly incorporated a competing event, the FIFA World Cup, into the event by screening the Brazil v Korea DPR as part of the evening reception on 15 June.
