"Given the risk profile of equities," Tilley continued, "failure to manage or mitigate their risks could have a major detrimental effect on a company's ability to implement its future strategy. That is high up on the list when it comes to the things that keep the CEO awake at night." As part of its drive to help finance directors manage these risks, CIMA has formed a multi-disciplinary pensions advisory group. This will develop a road-map of options for managing the corporate risk of pensions.
