UK employers are being urged to beware of breaching discrimination laws when recruiting and employing eastern European workers.
Law firm Mace & Jones said that UK employers are increasingly looking to assess their skills as part of the recruitment process. But the firm warned these tests are only legally acceptable if they are applied to all applicants regardless of nationality and can be justified against the job requirements.
