Three risk managers join the board of directors at the French risk management association
The general assembly of the French risk management association − AMRAE – has elected three new directors this week.
Arkema risk manager Michel Blanc, Capgemini vice-president and head of insurance Alain Ronot and EDF deputy director of risk transfer Stéphane Yvon join the association’s board of directors.
In the board meeting held after the general meeting, Gilbert Canameras (pictured) was unanimously re-elected as AMRAE president and appointed a new executive committee.
Canameras thanked Gilbert Brat, the association’s vice-president who did not stand to be re-elected, on behalf of AMRAE and its directors after working together for ten years. Canameras emphasised the strategic role Brat had played in negotiations with major organisations representing the profession and the government.
Marc de Pommereau was appointed vice-president in charge of Francophonie, while Sophie Maguer was appointed general secretary.
