• Two further risk management associations, the national associations of Finland and Slovakia, have applied to join FERMA. The board of directors will consider the applications in June. They would bring the total number of FERMA members to 16 and the number of countries represented to 15.
• FERMA president Marie-Gemma Dequae visited risk managers in Turkey, who are in the process of setting up a national association.
• Pierre Sonigo, FERMA's secretary general, will speak at the conference of the Polish risk management association PolRisk in May.
