Insurer appoints Lauren Webb as senior underwriting manager for the London Market and Chris McMurray as senior cyber underwriter for the UK and Ireland
Chubb has appointed Lauren Webb as senior underwriting manager for the London Market and Chris McMurray to the new role of senior cyber underwriter for the UK and Ireland regions.
Formerly senior professional indemnity and cyber underwriter for Chubb, Webb will be responsible for underwriting the US, UK and international risks placed via Lloyd’s and London company market brokers into Chubb and the development of London broker relationships.
She has eleven years of insurance industry experience and joined Chubb 4.5 years ago to develop the portfolio of professional indemnity and cyber placements, specifically in the London market.
McMurray will be responsible for the underwriting and profitable growth of Chubb’s regional cyber portfolio outside London. Having 12 years of insurance industry experience, McMurray was formerly senior financial lines underwriter for Scotland at Chubb. Prior to that he has held underwriting positions at Hiscox and QBE.
