Law firm expands business continuity

National law firm Optima Legal has partnered with SunGard Availability Services for its disaster recovery and business continuity plan to cover the firm’s multi-jurisdictional operation.

Operating from two off-site facilities in England and Scotland, Optima Legal’s disaster recovery function allows its clients to continue with a ‘business as usual’ approach in an emergency situation.

The disaster recovery locations hold over 300 desk positions throughout the two sites, which can be operational within 72 hours.
