ACE appoints casualty manager for Nordics

ACE has appointed Mattias Nordenberg as casualty manager for the Nordic region as part of a strategy to further strengthen its proposition for corporate clients across the region.

Nordenberg leaves his post as casualty underwriter at If Sweden to rejoin ACE, having served the firm between 2006 and 2011 in various underwriting roles.

From his office in Stockholm, Nordenberg is responsible for expanding ACE’s casualty business in the Nordics both in terms of premium volume and by introducing new product features. He will report to Bror Sandas, country president in the Nordics and Jerome Salmon, casualty manager in Continental Europe.

Sandas said: “Mattias’s appointment underlines our commitment to strengthening our presence in all of the four countries of the region and providing a market-leading casualty proposition for brokers and clients.”
