NTEGRITY Insurance Solutions has launched a new claims system called ETHOS.
The system provides 24 hour access to claims information and electronic updates.
NTEGRITY claims director Tara Price said: ‘When an insurance claim arises, customers have to invest their valuable time, negotiating with claimants, suppliers and others in remedying the situation, but also in presenting the claim to their insurers. ETHOS has been designed by Ntegrity with features aimed at minimising inevitable paperwork and administration. Our customers know only too well from experience that claims management can create an enormous diversion for them from income generating work.’
‘Ethos is a unique system. Online claims services have been available for some time, but not with ETHOS’ capabilities. They are also only usually provided to very large clients. We believe in delivering a quality claims service to all our clients – no matter how big or small.
