Data protection, cyber risks, supply chain, business continuity and disaster recovery, director and officer, captives and claims issues are among the subjects that risk managers say they want to know more about from partner briefings, according to a survey of members to help plan the programme of events in 2010.
Similar but not identical topics are on the list for AIRMIC Academy, which also includes a request for help developing soft skills, such as making high level presentations, facilitating risk workshops and organising training programmes. According to AIRMIC technical director Paul Hopkin, this type of training fits into AIRMIC’s strategic objective of supporting members’ career development.
